I love this part "Fake it till you make it". It's like you don't have to wait for everything to be perfect, and you don't have to wait the right conditions in order to perform some social experience, you just go out there and you fake it as if everything is perfect and pretend you know what to do even though you have no idea what to do.
I am quite amazed by the many to-the-point useful tips that are included in this book. No theoretical high-level stuff ... really down to earth. Moreover you will find a broad variety of tips mind related, body related, ... . Don't let your anxiety bring you down.
Just what I needed a quick and clear guide on what for me is not so much a chronic condition, but that creepy feeling when having to talk in public or enter a roomful of people. I love the way Mike introduces himself and takes you by the hand past some great tips and techniques on conquering social anxiety. I may never become an extrovert, but this will definitely help me "blend in". Thumbs up!
